VerSketch Support
VerSketch support helps with account access, project storage, AI conversion, sharing, exports, subscriptions, privacy requests, and security reports.
Contact Support
- Support email: support@versketch.xyz
- Support hours: Best-effort, no fixed hours. VerSketch is currently operated by a single individual, Bangkok time (UTC+7).
- Target initial response: Within 2 business days on a best-effort basis. This is not a guaranteed service-level agreement.
The target response period is not a guaranteed service-level agreement unless your written plan or contract expressly states otherwise.
Before You Contact Us
Please include:
- a clear description of the issue;
- the steps that led to it;
- whether the project is local-only or saved to the cloud;
- the project identifier, if available;
- your browser, browser version, device, and operating system;
- the approximate date and time of the issue, including your time zone;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if it does not reveal confidential information; and
- any error message shown by VerSketch.
Do not send:
- your AIVerID password;
- OAuth access or refresh tokens;
- authentication cookies;
- complete payment-card details or card security codes;
- government identifiers;
- confidential plans unrelated to the problem; or
- a complete active share link unless support specifically requests it through an approved secure channel.
Account and Sign-In Help
VerSketch uses AIVerID OAuth and does not store your AIVerID password.
If sign-in fails:
- Confirm that cookies are enabled for VerSketch and AIVerID.
- Retry without a private-browsing window.
- Check that the device clock and time zone are correct.
- Disable browser extensions that may block OAuth redirects.
- Confirm that you are signing in with the intended AIVerID account.
For password resets, identity verification, or AIVerID account recovery, use https://aiverid.com/support.
For a VerSketch session or account-linking problem, contact support@versketch.xyz.
Local and Cloud Projects
Local-only projects
Local projects are stored in the browser profile on the device where they were created. VerSketch cannot normally access or restore a local-only project from the server.
Before clearing browser data, changing devices, resetting a browser, or removing a browser profile:
- open each important local project;
- save it to the cloud where available; and
- create the available project exports.
VerSketch maintains limited local recovery and quarantine copies, but these are stored in the same browser environment and are not a substitute for a separate backup.
Cloud projects
For a missing or out-of-date cloud project:
- Confirm that you are signed in to the correct AIVerID account.
- Check that the editor reports the project as saved or synchronized.
- Reload the project only after recording or exporting any unsaved local changes.
- Provide support with the project identifier and approximate last successful save time.
Do not repeatedly overwrite a project if the editor reports a revision conflict. Preserve the current local state and contact support.
AI-Assisted Conversion
AI-assisted conversion processes your input on VerSketch servers. The active rail may send the necessary input to an external AI provider, or the built-in solver may process it without sending it to any external model provider; the result identifies which rail served it. See section 3.4 of the Privacy Policy for what is sent and how it is handled. Certain image workflows may temporarily upload an image into private storage to complete the requested workflow.
AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect. Always inspect:
- scale and dimensions;
- walls, openings, and room boundaries;
- labels and annotations;
- stairs, fixtures, and furnishings;
- levels and elevations;
- accessibility and egress information; and
- any code-check references.
When reporting an AI-conversion issue, include the input type, expected result, actual result, and a reduced non-confidential example where possible.
Do not send confidential client drawings to support unless necessary and authorised.
PDF and Export Problems
If a PDF or other export looks incorrect, check:
- page size and orientation;
- drawing scale and units;
- crop or sheet boundary;
- font and language selection;
- missing-glyph markers;
- overlapping Thai vowel or tone marks;
- annotation size;
- layer visibility; and
- whether the issue appears in more than one PDF viewer.
When reporting a font or rendering issue, identify:
- the language and exact affected text;
- the PDF viewer and version;
- whether the issue occurs in browser preview, downloaded PDF, or both; and
- a screenshot of the affected region.
Do not use an export for construction or permitting until it has been independently reviewed by the appropriate qualified professional.
Read-Only Share Links
Anyone with a valid share link may be able to view the shared project without signing in.
If a link was sent to the wrong person or is no longer needed:
- Revoke the link from the project’s sharing controls.
- Create a new link only if continued sharing is required.
- Do not rely on renaming the project to invalidate the old link.
Read-only access prevents editing through the VerSketch interface but cannot prevent screenshots, copying, or redistribution by a recipient.
If a share link is being abused, revoke it before contacting support where possible.
Code-Check Questions
VerSketch code-check results are informational references only. They are not an engineering certification, architectural approval, permit review, formal code analysis, or decision by an authority having jurisdiction.
A qualified architect or engineer must verify the design, and the relevant authority having jurisdiction makes the final compliance determination.
When reporting a suspected code-check error, include:
- jurisdiction and code edition;
- local amendments, if known;
- the cited section;
- the project element involved;
- the result shown by VerSketch; and
- the result you believe is correct, with a reliable source.
Support cannot approve a design, issue a professional opinion, or replace a licensed professional.
Billing and Subscription Help
Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
Use the Stripe billing portal available through your VerSketch account to:
- view the current subscription;
- update eligible payment information;
- download available invoices;
- cancel renewal; or
- review the current billing status.
Never send complete card details to VerSketch support.
For an unrecognised charge, include the invoice or receipt identifier, charge date, amount, currency, and the email associated with the purchase. Redact payment-card details.
Refund eligibility is described at https://versketch.xyz/terms#refunds and remains subject to applicable consumer law.
Privacy and Data Requests
To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal data, contact:
- Privacy email: privacy@versketch.xyz
- Postal address: 133 Moo 8, Ban Na Yao, Thung Samo Subdistrict, Khao Kho District, Phetchabun Province 67270, Thailand
- DPO, if applicable: Not appointed. VerSketch has not appointed a Data Protection Officer; the current scale and nature of processing (an invite-only pre-launch beta) do not require one at this time.
We may need to verify your identity before releasing, changing, or deleting account data.
A project deleted through the current interface is initially soft-deleted. If you require permanent erasure, state this clearly in your verified privacy request.
Local-only browser data must normally be deleted through your own browser or device because VerSketch cannot access it remotely.
Copyright and Content Complaints
Send copyright or other intellectual-property notices to copyright@versketch.xyz.
Include:
- your contact information;
- identification of the protected work;
- the location of the material in question;
- an explanation of your rights and the alleged infringement;
- a good-faith statement that the information is accurate; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
Do not include unrelated confidential material.
Security Reports
Report suspected vulnerabilities or unauthorised access to security@versketch.xyz.
Include enough information to reproduce and assess the issue, but do not:
- access another user’s data;
- download more information than necessary to demonstrate the issue;
- disrupt the Service;
- use social engineering;
- publicly disclose an unresolved vulnerability; or
- demand payment as a condition for withholding data or disclosure.
If you believe an account is actively compromised, revoke accessible share links, sign out of other sessions where possible, secure the AIVerID account, and contact us immediately.
Professional and Emergency Limitations
VerSketch support does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, regulatory, or emergency services.
For an immediate safety risk, stop using the affected design or site information and contact the appropriate qualified professional, property authority, emergency service, or authority having jurisdiction.
